The study will employ mixed method of research-employing both quantitative and qualitative type of research. Specifically, descriptive developmental and evaluative research design will be utilized anchored with the “See, Discern, Act / See, Judge, Act” process. The findings of the study will serve as the foundation for the development of a service-learning program tailored to the unique needs of residents. A service -learning program that will be utilized is the Project C.H.U.R.C.H. (Community building and Helping one another in prayer, Religious in action and Caring for a beautiful Home).
