Abstract

This study investigates the cultivation of collaborative ability among students enrolled in the Religious Experience and Spirituality Course (REEXECO) at De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde, emphasizing Cognitive and Metacognitive, Social-Emotional, and Practical Skills. Using the Satisfaction Rate Calculation method, it assesses students' satisfaction with eight key abilities, including critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, creativity, communication, collaboration, adaptability, and information literacy. Findings from 109 completed questionnaires during the first term of the 2023-2024 academic year highlight collaboration's significant role in both academic success and personal growth. The study aims to cultivate a collaborative learning environment and enhance collaborative ability, aligning with the objective of prioritizing collaboration for sustainable learning spaces. Consequently, it contributes significantly to shaping an educational landscape that promotes collaboration for academic success and personal development.
