Abstract

Graduate Attributes (GA) development in the academic arena is of great concern for schools and universities. Research shows that graduate attributes ensure the quality of education. Still, the sustainability of the manifestations of these attributes in the graduates needs to be clarified for others. This study employed a descriptive survey using online Google forms to assess the facts the graduates have learned from the school and whether they can practice these attributes in their workplace. A purposive one-on-one interview was conducted among the respondents to validate the result. The study showed that spiritual life formation and orientation to serve enabled the graduates to adapt and thrive in the workplace. This information will help the University revisit the curriculum and programs in augmenting the “Head”, “Heart” and “Hand” methods that are deeply rooted in the school’s mission-vision.
