Why does the journal require an APC?

The journal operates under an open access model. Since there is no income collected from readers for accessing publications, Article Processing Charges support publication-related costs, editorial management, website maintenance, distribution, indexing, archiving, digital preservation, and journal development.

Are there hidden charges?

There are no hidden or additional charges billed to authors. However, if an article shows publication potential but requires substantial improvement in content, referencing, or language, the journal may refer the author to editorial services.

When will I pay the APC?

Submission for review is free. The APC is paid only after the article has passed the editorial and peer review process and is ready for publication. Once the required revisions are completed, finalization and publication will follow.

Is there any APC discount or waiver?

A discount or waiver may be granted to authors who need financial assistance. The Editorial Board determines the percentage of discount depending on the availability of APC discount funds.

A letter of intent should be sent to the Editor-in-Chief once the paper has been accepted and is awaiting APC payment before publication.

Note: A full APC waiver may only be granted once to an author. Subsequent requests may be considered for discounted APC assistance, subject to the decision of the Editorial Board.
